Our final idea!

Group 28 have chosen thriller as our genre as we strongly believe that it relates to all of us as well as our generation. Our title sequence type will involve titles onto still images and also on moving images. These will include the credits with moving pictures; we have decided that this type of title sequence will be the most effective because it fits in well with our genre of Thriller.

A number of different films have inspired our group but the one title sequence that stood out the most to us was Psycho. This is because it features titles moving on a blank screen, although this doesn’t sound very interesting, it actually makes the sequence flow well along with the sound, with the pace speeding up towards the ending to create suspense.

We as a group also want to make sure that the title credits that we include do not distract the viewer too much from what is actually happening elsewhere on the screen, we want to make them subtle but noticeable too.
